FAQ's

Do you accept insurance?

We are considered out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance directly. However, as a courtesy to clients, the office will bill your insurance company directly for the services rendered, and you will receive reimbursement  from your insurance based on any out-of-network benefits you may have. Also, we provide "superbills" at the end of the month.

It is recommended to contact your insurance company before your first appointment and ask about your out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy and/or assessments.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact the office and we can assist you.

I want to get started, what should I do?

To schedule an appointment, please contact

424-218-9953. A brief phone consultation will take place to discuss overall concerns, therapy approach, and services offered. Also, we will discuss symptoms, scheduling, and fees. New client forms will be emailed to you to be completed prior to your first session.

Fees?

Fees are based on services rendered which will be discussed in the initial phone consultation.

Psychotherapy sessions typically last 45 minutes meeting once a week. Session frequency will change based on treatment goals and will always be a collaborative process.
